INNER WORK

Approaches to Healing

Find your voice and set boundaries
Codependency
If we were not accepted for our true self growing up, it can result in an overemphasis on the needs and approval of others. Through a process of self-discovery and defining boundaries, we’ll work to find your voice and reclaim agency.
Heal the past so you can be present in love
Attachment
In order to cope with inconsistent or unstable caregivers, many of us learned anxious, avoidant, or disorganized attachment behaviors. I’ll support you to heal attachment wounds, allowing you to cultivate deeper security and intimacy in your romantic relationships.
Learn to unlock your true self
Identity
We all have shadow parts of our psyche that we deny because they did not fit with our family, culture, or other life experiences. We’ll work together to integrate all parts of your identity to foster self-awareness, authenticity and a sense of wholeness.
Release limiting beliefs that don't serve you
Unconscious Healing
Psychological symptoms often stem from the memories, feelings, and beliefs of the unconscious mind. We’ll work to uncover and heal the triggers, unresolved issues, and conditioned behaviors that are holding you back.
Learn the skill of reparenting
Inner Child Work
Nurturing your inner child allows you to resolve wounds from childhood and access your innate sense of joy and self-expression. Through inner child work, we can address the unresolved fears and needs of your inner child.
Heal the effects of trauma on the body
Mind-Body Practices
Stress, anxiety, and trauma can disrupt the healthy functioning of the nervous system. We’ll incorporate mind-body practices to help release trauma that is stored in the body and re-establish a baseline of safety and calm.
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
Carl Jung
Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded the idea of analytical psychology.
